Bob...We never talked about snowboarding and rarely the bike industry. Our relationship was based on our love of photography and imagery and interpretation. For you Bob it was all about passion. This simple image of mine will always remind me of you. While others viewed a bathroom fixture, you talked of tension and power and grace. You saw a battle! You saw all that? You amazed and inspired me and changed the way I think about photography and life. You invited my family into your home and showed me your astounding b/w images.
